Cancellation Penalties

Up to 91 days before: No penalty (unless fares have non-refundable payments).
90 to 56 days before: Loss of deposit.
55 to 30 days before: Deposit or 50% of total fare (whichever is greater).
29 to 15 days before: Deposit or 75% of total fare (whichever is greater).
14 days or less: 100% of total fare (no refund).

Travelers Must Have Proper Travel Documents

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT.
For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.
